Ruched tank and a white linen skirt

Wearing Angie’s casual skirt Outfit formula #1 to a 4th of July party tonight with a teal green ruched tank and white linen skirt with a raw uneven hem. I originally had the top longer and felt like it was cutting my body in half visually so I raised it a bit. I think with a longer skirt, the top could be longer and still have nice proportions. Aqua glass earrings with embedded silver leaf made by me Murano style. Nude sandals, straw bag and a teal bracelet add some finishing touches.

Edited to add a pic with the right purse!  ;)

Lana, that colour is stunning on you and you've pulled together an utterly lovely elevated casual outfit to celebrate the holiday. Great idea to raise the tank -- the proportions look perfect and very flattering. You always look great, but I think this is among your best!!

This looks great...very summer friendly! I think the way you've given the top a shape really works.

Thanks everyone for your comments, I had to run out to the party, so didn’t see them till I got home. It was a hot night so the linen skirt was a good choice.  Nice to be doing something social!

BIG LOve!!! What did you layered under the grean top-(always looking for ways to cover some cleavage when V is too deep, but I never seem to be pleased with my skills -but you nailed it here so well!!)-also love both  bags!

So fun to “Columbus” a new color! I bet it works well well the gentle lilacs I’ve already seen in your palette.

Lyn, that is the lace from the top of a nude full slip — it brighter ivory than the body of the slip.
